Vegetable soup


Ingredients
- Chicken broth: cup
- Carrots: 1 grain (diced)
- Onions: 1 grain (diced)
- Tomatoes: 2 grains (mashed)
- Spring onions: 1 cup (chopped)
- Green Beans: Cup
- Tomato Juice: Half a cup
- Turkey pepper: 1 grain (chopped)
- Celery: Pack (chopped)
- Onion Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Green coriander: 1/4 cup (chopped)
How to prepare
In a saucepan over medium heat, place carrots, onions, tomatoes, spring onions and beans.
Add tomato juice, pepper, celery, onion powder, coriander and chicken stock.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and boil over a low heat until the vegetables are cooked.
Serve the soup hot.
