Ingredients
- Dough:
Flour: 2 1/2 cups
Vegetable oil: 1/4 cup
Powdered milk: 2 tablespoons
Instant Yeast: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Warm water: three-quarters cup (for kneading)
- Broccoli: 1/4 kilo (boiled)
- Cream cheese: 1/4 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese: Cup
- Mushrooms: Half a cup
- Thyme: Half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
How to prepare
In a deep bowl, put the flour and then add the powdered milk, instant yeast, sugar with a pinch of salt and mix.
Add vegetable oil and mix.
Gradually add the water with kneading until the dough is right.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for an hour.
Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms.
After the dough is fermented, spread it on a floured surface.
Place the dough in a greased tray.
Make holes with a fork and then grease it with the sauce.
Put the cream cheese, mushrooms, broccoli, thyme, black pepper, then cheese.
Place the oven at 170 degrees and leave for 15-20 minutes or until cooked and serve hot.
