Ingredients
- Mushroom sauce:
Mushrooms: 1/4 cup (sliced)
Onions: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic: 3 cloves (mashed)
Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Milk: Cup
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Starch: half a teaspoon
- Steak: 1 kg
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Paprika: A teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Spices: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Rosemary: Teaspoon
How to prepare
Season the meat by hand with all the spices mentioned and leave for 10 minutes or more.
Sprinkle the pan with a little olive oil and then put the meat in the pan 2 minutes for each face of the slice.
Roast the onion and garlic until golden.
Add spices, mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes.
Add milk while stirring and add a spoonful of flour or starch to make the sauce heavy and can reduce or increase the quantity depending on the preferred density of the sauce and can be dispensed with.
Remove the sauce from the heat and pour on the meat served with boiled vegetables.
