Avocado salad with watercress


Ingredients
- Avocado: 4 pcs
- Onions: 1 pcs (sliced)
- Watercress: 200 gr (chopped)
- Radish: 3 pcs (sliced)
- Pine: 30 gr
- Lettuce: 30 gr (American lettuce)
- Mint: 2 gr
- Lemon juice: 1 pcs
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: Pinch (to taste)
- Black pepper: pinch (to taste)
How to prepare
1. Peel the avocado and cut into large pieces.

2. Add the watercress leaves, onion slices, radish and avocado to the serving dish.

3. Add the marinade, prepared by mixing olive oil, black pepper, lemon juice and salt, to the dish, which is decorated with American lettuce and mint, and sprinkle above with pine nuts.
