Ingredients
- Noodles: Pack (500 g)
- Cucumber: 2 grains (large size/thinly sliced)
- Spring onions: 2 sticks (chopped)
- Colored peppers: 1 grain (sliced)
- Green coriander: 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Sesame: 2 tbsp (toasted)
- Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar: 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil: 3 tablespoons
- Garlic: Half a teaspoon
- Honey: A tablespoon
How to prepare
Mix the sauce ingredients in a deep bowl, add the noodles and mix until the sauce is intake.
Add the vegetables and mix well.
Pour the salad into a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame and green coriander.
