Ingredients
- Amounts of filling preparation:
Strawberries: 50 g (can choose another type of fruit)
Sugar: Three quarters of a cup
Lemon juice: 1 pill
Lemon peel: 1 grain (grated)
- Amounts of crepe preparation:
Flour: Cup
Salt : Pinch
Eggs: 2 tablets
Milk: Cup
Butter: 3 tablespoons
- Icing sugar: as desired (for garnish)
How to prepare
To prepare the filling: Place in a saucepan of strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel with a little water over medium heat.
Simmer for 12 minutes, stirring from time to time until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Place in a bowl of a micro-electric mixer, salt, eggs and milk and beat well until the ingredients are smooth.
Melt in a pan with half a teaspoon of filling over medium heat and then place nearly a scoop of dough on it.
Leave the crepe to change color and then turn it to the other side.
Return the ball until the dough is finished.
To serve the crepe: Stuff each piece of dough with strawberry filling to taste and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the face and serve.
