Ingredients
- Chicken breast: half a kilo (finely ground)
- Breadcrumbs: Cup
- Spring onions: 4 sticks (chopped)
- Coriander: 1 teaspoon (ground)
- Green coriander: 1 cup (chopped)
- Sauce: 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
How to prepare
Mix the ground chicken with breadcrumbs, spring onions, dry and green coriander, sweet sour sauce and lemon juice well.
Make small balls of chicken paste.
Heat oil in a large frying pan on the fire and stir the balls until brown and serve hot.
