Avocado shrimp salad


Ingredients
- Amounts of sauce:
Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Shrimp: 500 grams (peeled and cleansed/medium sized)
- Garlic: Clove (mashed)
- Red chili pepper: half a teaspoon (ground)
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
- Lettuce: Head (coarsely chopped)
- Avocado: 1 grain (peeled and thinly sliced)
How to prepare
Heat the olive oil in a pan and stir the shrimp with garlic, cumin, ground red pepper and salt for five minutes until cooked, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Mix the lettuce and avocado in a dish and then spread the shrimp over it.
Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, sugar and black pepper in a dish and add the mixture over the salad mixture, stir and serve immediately.
