Potato wedges

Ingredients
Potatoes: 5 grains (chopped fingers)
- Water: 5 cups (for boiling potatoes)
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Paprika: a teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Italian spices: 1 teaspoon
How to prepare
Cut the potatoes toes along.
Heat boiled water, add chopped fingers, and leave for 7 minutes.
Take the potatoes out of boiling water, and put them in the mixing dish, and seasoning potatoes, garlic powder and onions, salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, black pepper, vegetable oil, and stir until the spices mix with potatoes.
Sprinkle the oven tray with oil spray, and put the spiced potato fingers in the tray.
Put the potato tray in the oven for 15 minutes, at 200 degrees.
Serve hot potatoes and wedges.
