Mushroom salad with vegetables


Ingredients
Mushroom: cup (fresh cut in half)
- Parsley: 2 tbsp (coarsely chopped)
Watercress: Half a cup (Baby)
- Lettuce: cup (Chinese / coarse minced)
- Tomato: 1 grain (large size / large cubed chopped)
Red Cabbage: Half a cup (coarsely chopped)
Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
- olive oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: half a teaspoon
Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar: 1 teaspoon
How to prepare
Mix lettuce, watercress, parsley, tomatoes and red cabbage in a deep dish.
Add mushrooms.
Mix lemon juice with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar in a dish and add the mixture to the salad.
Turn the salad and serve immediately.
