White thigh with pastrami

 

Ingredients

- Pastrami: 100 grams (sliced)

- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

- Eggs: 4 grains

- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

How to prepare

In a frying pan over medium heat, place the pastrami slices and stir.

Remove the pastrami from the fire and place it in a pottery, and spread the eggs over the pastrami.

Turn on the oven grill, place the pottery in the oven until the eggs are cooked.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Serve hot.
